The 16th Annual Fair Housing and
Civil Rights Conference 

A Live Virtual Event April 5-7, 2022 
The 2022 Fair Housing and Civil Rights Conference will consist of 13 virtual workshops and three keynote presentations over three days. All are welcome for this free event, which has drawn a national audience of service providers, clients, community organizers, activists, students, and engaged citizens for more than 16 years.   
There are three esteemed keynote speakers, each presenting during a midday plenary session.

These speakers are:  

April 5, 2022: Demetria McCain, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity Register for This Session
April 6, 2022: Matthew Desmond, Author of Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the America City and the Maurice P. During Professor of Sociology Office of Population Research, Program in Law and Public Affairs Kahneman-Treisman Center for Behavioral Science and Public Policy Register for This Session
April 7: 2022: Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes-Norton, House Representative for the District of Columbia Register for This Session
The conference will also host workshops with speakers covering diverse topics such as current refugee crises, employment discrimination, COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the workplace, and more. All are welcome for this free event
