The Black Legacy Project has been awarded a large federal grant to bring the project to six communities across the country over the next 18 months.
We will be holding our first live event on Sunday March 6, 2022 at the Colonial Theater in Pittsfield which will include:
- a preview screening of a documentary short about the project,
- a performance of the six songs that were recorded in the Berkshires this past November,
- and a community conversation.
There are FREE seats at this event, but tickets are required and can be reserved at the Colonial box office.
