Berkshire United Way is looking for a Workplace Development Specialist, with primary responsibility for leading their workplace campaign(s).
Summary of Position
In collaboration with the Development team, the workplace development specialist is responsible for planning and driving the annual workplace campaign plan, and for creating and maintaining relationships to advance fundraising results. This position has primary responsibility for employee and corporate giving campaigns, including year-round stewardship efforts and strategic volunteer opportunities to retain and grow campaign revenue.
