The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is looking at whether the public is adequately informed about and able to participate in the processes of the Dept. of Public Utilities & Environmental Facilities Siting Board.  

The AG’s Office is inviting feedback from across the Commonwealth about resident participation in government proceedings on issues that affect our daily lives such as energy utility rates and decisions about energy infrastructure projects. Their stated goal is to promote environmental justice and energy equity. 

Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT) encourages people across the state to fill out this 10 minute survey.
