Charles Redd, MS, RN has been a resident of Berkshire County since 1987.
He graduated from Berkshire Community College’s nursing program in 1995 , received his Baccalaureate in nursing from Elms College in 2014 and his master’s in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020.
Charles has been a practicing RN for almost 28 years with 18 of those years spent at Baystate Health He has a background in intensive care and cardiac cauterization lab as well as leadership positions on an ICU stepdown unit as well as the emergency department in Greenfield, Ma.
He joined Berkshire Health in June of 2021 as the Quality Director at Fairview Hospital and was hired as the new and first Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer for Berkshire Health on August 1, 2022.
