10th Annual Berkshire Drum Fest
The 10th ANNUAL BERKSHIRE DRUM FEST “Celebrating Community” to support the Tamarack Hollow Nature and Cultural Center
At the Windsor Town Hall, 1927 Route 9 Windsor, MA
Saturday October 19th
~5:30-6:15 (intergenerational drum class, all ages) Free for Windsor residents, $10+ suggested donation
~7pm-9pm (show) $10-20+ suggested donation at door
Sunday October 20th
~10:30am-12 & 1-2:30pm (teen/adult drum classes) $25 per class

The drum fest is an annual community experience to gather and celebrate the spirit of the drum. This year’s Drum fest “Celebrating Community” will feature a West African intergenerational drum class on 10/19 and teen/adult drum classes on 10/20 led by master drummer & “Djembe Fola” Namory Keita from Sangbarala, Guinea West Africa with performances on 10/19 by Namory Keita, the Berkshire Rhythm Keepers led by Aimee Gelinas, the Berkshire Pulse and Valley teen drummers, Youth Alive plus special guests TBA! Proceeds will support the Tamarack Hollow Nature & Cultural Center’s year round environmental education for all ages, the “Raise the Roof” fund to build a sustainable nature and cultural education center and to continue to conserve 32 acres of highland boreal forest in Windsor, MA for future generations. Tamarack Hollow is a 501c3 tax-exempt non-profit organization whose mission is to “Inspire environmental and cultural awareness, appreciation and stewardship”.
