Walk a Mile in Her Shoes
Join us at Third Thursday this September in Downtown Pittsfield, MA for our 9th annual March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault, and Gender Violence!
Walking in the march is free, but most walkers also raise money to support Elizabeth Freeman Center by creating a fundraising page (LINK BELOW) or by downloading a paper pledge form from our website. The money you raise will support free & confidential services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence throughout Berkshire County.
When you register, you’ll be given your own fundraising page that you can forward to friends, family, coworkers, anyone and everyone, to ask them to help sponsor your walk.
If you register to walk and raise $55 or more, you will get a 2019 Walk a Mile t-shirt!
EARLY REGISTRATION begins at 5:00 PM. The walk starts at 6:00 PM.
WHY WE WALK:
Violence affects us all… our children, our friends, our neighbors, our coworkers, our community, our future. Come add your voice (and your feet!) to those calling for change. Together we are making a difference. EFC depends on these much needed funds. The walk gets bigger every year, and we are thrilled that you will be a part of it. Let’s make 2019 the best Walk a Mile yet!
